The Chip Rack is "A Price Guide to the Casino Chips and Checks of Nevada". There is (at least) one chip listed in the Guide that was issued by a licensed casino in another state. Card room chips from California that are sometimes attributed to Nevada and Meeks Bay chips do not count because they are not from "licensed" casinos. The SS Rex chips do not qualify either, the boat was not licensed.
