Charles, I very seldom tell someone that they are wrong. I usually say, I disagree. Well, this time you are wrong. You are too afraid of losing members. If they are really interested in staying in the chapter after a year with free CC>CC dues, they will pay the $20 and join. If not, they will leave. It's their choice.
