Lady Luck was using these "Special Events" chips in their Win Card program. It comes in 2 molds: the HHR (as you show) and also the Tri-Club mold. I have 1 extra Tri-Club mold for sale/trade if you want it. Also have 3 extra HHR mold for sale/trade.

BTW, I believe these were originally used for some other type of promotion (a Special Event, I guess <g>) some years ago. Then recycled them for their Win Card program instead of making new chips. I guess you could say this was a "retired" chip that didn't stay retired. <g>
