Doris; Sorry that the rules were not spelled out on the ballot. However, on page 105 in the current issue of the club magazine it clearly states that, "In order to serve on the official committee of judges, a valid nomination must be received by the COTY/TOTY Chairman, on or before the deadline of February 29th." With all the separate inserts that were included with this issue of the club magazine, sometimes continuity gets lost in the shuffle and the SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope)reference that was a left-over from last year should not have appeared either on the ballot or in the text on page 105.
