I think that someone in the world (international Club now) who hasn't had the chance to get out much this past year or even work on their collections might be just as happy to be able to send in the SASE without a nomination just to be able to vote on the final nominations.

I know last year was the first for the change, but just "one" someone might want to go that route.

I am just glad it is available.
