is right. It happened to me last year when I was mailing the Taj Year of the Dragon chips. I lost 4 envelopes with a total of 8 chips @ $5.00. Since then I never use the #10 ordinary envelop instead I am now using the bubble mailer. So far with maybe hundred packages sent this way I never lost any. Except when my trading partners changed address without telling me, I lost a package of about 32 $1.00 chips and 2 $5.00 chips including the replacement chip.
Honestly I did not report the missing packages to the post office, none at all because I know I will be more aggravated with their "dumb looks".
I hate to say this but its time for you to say goodbye to those chips and go on with your chipping. HAPPY CHIPPING. CHEER.
