Doug...same exact thing happned to me. The only thing left in the envelope being sent to me was the letter, two chips missing. I was told by the post office that it was probably pushed out in the sorting machine. I thought that it might have been cut open...but no proof. They took my name and address, but no further action was done. I feel your pain....
