I received an empty envelope today, that was supposed to contain two chips. The end had obviously been split open and the chips removed. It was an ebay purchase in which the seller made no mention of insurance. I have emailed the seller, who is not a club member, but have no reply as of yet. My question is this, is there any recourse with the post office, when obvious tampering has occurred? It was not a large amount, and I'd much rather have the chips! Any ideas from anyone with a similar experience? Thanks, Doug in Kingman, Az.
