Jim; What is your recommendation ... short of sending color-copies and ballots out to over 2500+ club members at a cost estimated to be well over $2000, not to mention all of the work inserting ballots, instructions, color copies, affixing postage and address labels for an annual club activity that has not attracted much more than 100 club members attention/participation in year's past? Before answering... please do the math.
