Good idea about building a chapter for your beliefs, but aren't you being too focused on the slabbing issue. Why not have a chapter dedicated to "preserving the collector's interest of the hobby" and have the slabbing issue as your latest call? That way, your organization could be the voice for other issues such as grading, monopolies and other issues.

This slabbing issue will probably go away soon enough and your chapter, website and everything else will become obsolete.
