The flyer is for the commemorative chip and medal that the club produces for each convention. They can be purchased on the sale floor at Richard Allard's table. The first place design goes onto the chip and the second place design is put on the t-shirt produced for the convention.

The $5 live chip that the Trop put out last year and will put out again this year (I think) is not included in the contest. Those chips are available only through the cage or at the gaming tables on the casino floor.
