In a way I agree. For example. We have a player betting $10's a hand on a 21 table. He might tip $1-2. Then we go to the $100 a hand player. If it was a direct relationship, he'd tip $10-20, but in the real world, he'd tip $4-10. Bigger "action" does tip bigger $, but the rate increase of the tip won't keep up with the bet.

As far as the dealers union, TWU pick a sampling to see what the interest was. TWU needed the big houses especialy MGM to go union. With MGM voting it down, It's going to be very difficult to get any other houses.
