Check out my suggested "Footnote" to be used in conjunction with the list that I posted onto Andy's post on the club board...or better yet, read on.

"By not signing the list does not necessarilly indicate that one is intending to buy/sell/trade slabbed material."

The above can be affixed either above or below the pledge/list. I feel it would do quite well to help define.
