There is no "blacklist" per se. There is a list of dealers who carry
slabbed chips, should anyone want one. Just because none of us do, doesn't
make it a blacklist. The dealers on the list seem to be looking for
chipping to become an investment first and a hobby second, after all that
is the only reason to deal in slabbed merchandise. That is what makes
slabbing a pariah.
