Chas; When you do receive your copy, check and see if it was sent via Priority Mail. If the mailer does not have $3.50 postage affixed (because this fat issue weighs over a pound) then it wasn't sent first class. If it does have the $3.50 postage affixed and you still have not received it, I would suggest registering a formal complaint with the U.S. Postal Service.
