I am opposed to restricting what members of our club can buy, sell, or swap at the convention and in our magazine. I don't see the need for certifying chip grades (which is what slabbing is all about) but I won't rule out using it in the future.

You're right, no one is currently prohibiting members from collecting what they want, but there are some on this board who do want to do so if it involves the club or its events or publications. I am very much opposed to this and will join some of the other more vocal members in seeking another method of association if it should ever happen.
