The consequences are the same ... whether the present ammendment fails or passes. The club loses either way. My hypothetical solution, which is shared by at least two other former club officers (Janice O'Neal and Chuck Tomarchio, whom I've not spoken to prior to their posts on this subject) also feel that by cutting our losses now, the club will be better off in the future. You choose to run and hide ... instead of offering any positive contribution of your own to resolve this mess. Somebody is going to have to have the guts to make the tough decision. If it means letting the Chapters go their own way... like cutting loose our own children, then maybe that's the route that should be taken. This issue is not going to go away at the rate we're tearing ourselves apart. Sorry if you were truly saddened with my response. Think about me what you will. I have deep concerns about this issue and I don't plan to turn my back and hide under a bushel basket, hoping that it will all go away.
