If the reason you don't want to turn over the Chapter Roster to Mr. Eisenstadt is out of privacy concerns, then why don't you just provide him the data he wants, why not just compare your roster to the CCGTCC Roster and tell him what percentage of your members are not members of CCGTCC.

I consider the membership records to be part of the books of an organization. It raises red flags to me when an organization will not make its books available to members.
