No I am not suggesting the CC>CC BOD ignore the consitution. The deadline for the ballot is March 1, 2001. It is February 6th. There are exactly 22 days remaining to:

1) Decide what to do
2) Prepare and send a corrected ballot (if it is feasible)
3) Vote and return the ballots

There is also a requirement that members have the ballot 30 days prior to a vote. I do not see how all this can happen in 22 days.
