I did not like the language of the proposed amendment but voted for it believing that an editorial change could be made to save it. Charles, the issue is not dead. We need a change in the by-laws that will protect the locals so that they can invite anyone they want to their meetings and charge and fee they desire but a member of a local CC>CC authorized club should be a member of national. I would like to see an amendment passed that protects locals and protects the integrity of the national organization.
