I read the post in your link... ...you made a mistake way back when?!?

...while the end result of this amendment proposal's passage might be the loss of chapters, I believe making the CCGTCC a sole entity without chapters if the amendment doesn't pass would bring to fruition the fears of those championing the amendment, a significant loss of membership at the international level.
