The reason for that post was to indicate that I wouldn't lie about who are members of the Colorado chapter.

No one in my chapter has asked me to keep their information confidential, but I'd imagine at least part of the reason for that is I've never had a request from anyone other than the CCGTCC BOD for that info. Were someone who isn't a member of the CCGTCC BOD request that information, first I'd ask why. If the reason given was to send advertising to chapter members, my response would be "buy an ad in the newsletter." Any other reason for asking would result in my complete denial of the request. It would be a breach of implied trust for me to do otherwise.
