Once again the question is why is it that the CO Club wants to be a Chapter of the CCGTCC?

If there is no benefit to membership than maybe it is appropriate to not be a Chapter. If there is a benefit from being a Chapter than that benefits the whole Chapter even old people who only collect $1 tokens from CO.

So the answer to your question would seem to me to be that if the Amendment Passes:

Allow the Colorado Chapter members to decide if they want to be a Chapter of the CCGTCC and if they do then they will just have to join the CCGTCC if they want to be members of the Chapter. If they don't want to be a Chapter, then they won't have to be a Chapter, and it will become our job to convince themof the benefits of joining.
