I personally was unaware of this situation. The club rules clearly require the chapters to submit membership rosters. I don't understand why the AC chapter will not comply with that requirement and/or why the board won't enforce it.

Regardless of the results of the vote on the constitutional amendment, which I oppose, I believe the roster requirement should be enforced and the international club should be able to contact chapter members who are not members of the international to try to recruit them. ----- jim o\-S
