There were no rules concerning chapters when Colorado became a chapter. ...and I don't believe the bylaws were put into place for several years after that happened.
The oldest chapter of the CCGTCC has been its most loyal. We've been kicked out, had our charter revoked, yet we've stayed with the CCGTCC as a group and as individual members, and continued to promote membership in the international organization all along the way.
If you think it is right for local chapters to be discouraged from being fully inclusive, vote for the amendment.
If you want to keep the doors open to everyone, VOTE AGAINST IT!
