Sure looks like a Reliable piece but doesn't match any sample I have. Equal spaced brass edge marks. Suits separated by dots. Large round center. Mel should look at it to tell for sure. I have seen some of the brass cores made with 'luck' symbols and no advertising. This might be another made to show their process but not as an ad chip.
