This argument goes both way's with me.......

As I do believe that the CLUB and Chapters should have NON MEMBER subscription rates for their newsletters.

To suggest that someone be required to maintain membership just to receive a magazine is one thing. To want to belong to an organization is another.

Is there a chapter that has subscription rate that is much lower than membership dues. Or do all chapters require membership in order to receive it's magazine? Or are there chapters that freely sends out their magazines to anyone that requests them?
