When a new member walks into a Chapter meeting as asks how he joins. If he is simply told that in order to join the XYZ Chapter of the CCGTCC he needs to pay $20 to the CCGTCC and $x to XYZ Chapter I guarantee he is not going to think he is being forced to join anything.
