I just think that the change was not a good one. I don't mean for this to be heat at anyone either. I do believe it is something that should be discussed. There are always problems
with changes and sometimes for the better.

The majority of our club members who run these type of things are volunteers and should be

HIGHLY PRAISED

for the efforts that they put forth. Yes, and changes like this can be tried from time to time but these changes need to be thought out so ALL members are INCLUDED not
EXCLUDED.

In this matter we do have next year's contest in which "my problem" with it can be resolved.

It can be worked out as simple as including an extra ballot to be sent to the Silver Striker's Chapter included in the Club Magazine for nominations and the Silver Striker's Chapter
can send out voting ballots to those who have sent in nominations.

The only problem as I see it, is that there will be a "Silver Striker's Chapter Silver Strike of the Year". I don't see how it can be termed....

"CC>CC Silver Strike of the Year", as the MAJORITY of the CC>CC membership were "EXCLUDED" from the process.
