Item number #1 in your email is blatantly incorrect. I am steadfastly for requiring "members" of Chapters to be "members" of the CC>CC. As I have posted on the web, on several occasions, and at an AC Chapter meeting, my feelings are that Chapters can have all the guests, trials members, etc. you want, but once the guest becomes an actual member of the Chapter, he/she should become a member of the international.

Though I can't speak for him, to the best of my knowledge Jim Episale has a very similar position as well.

Please inform the Chapter's membership correctly,
