Greg,
As you previously indicated a concern about being burned, may I suggest that you invest in a copy of The Chip Rack and The Official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide.
I just bought the Chip Rack and can't figure how I ever got along without it.
Chip Rack shows Two different $5,000 Bacc chips from the Dunes
N4665 is Lt. Beige in color and indicates that the chip is in cancelled condition and has a value code of Z1 ($800-$1099).
The Guide shows this chip as Unique and makes no mention of a cancellation and shows a value from $500-$1,500
TCR N4471 is Burgundy in color and shows a value code of J ($50-$59).
The Guide says this chip is scarce (150-350 chips).
the $25,000 bacc chip is
TCR N4641 lists a value code of S ($300-$349) and says there are 200 of these.
The Guide lists this chip as scarce as well and shows prices in from $50-$150
I do not know why their is a discrepency in values.
I am sure that someone else will post with additional info that isn't in the books as this is the chance for us to prove to youwhat we said about not needing slabbers to protect each other.
