Welcome aboard, and welcome on the board. As Gene indicates these are generic chips. They are available at several retail stores. They lend themselves to home games, as a low cost, "real" chip. However, they still show up in casinos, but not as instruments of value. The Colorado Belle pokerroom uses the yellow one (exactly as you have pictured) as a marker to show which poker players are willing to play unlimited stakes if the remaining players in a given hand all have one of the markers.

Without markings of the casino, the Colorado Belle chips is as valuable (value-less) as your yellow chip.
