A strange $2.50 chip that I came across at the show last week. Hot stamped with CIPAA on one side, $2.50 on the other. H&C, pink with 4 flesh inserts.

My guess would be its a promo chip for some company or association (CIP Association of America??). Anyone have any other ideas? I have only the one and it's unused.
