The rest doesn't warrant a reply. The above mearly implies that you have done a great job of conducting the COTY/TOTY without anyone I know ever questioning your fairness. I would assume you could conduct a lottery fairly.

As far as a "get even" agenda, I don't THINK I have any reason to "get even" with anyone. Do you know something about this that I don't?

Anyway I don't do lotteries. It's first come first serve with chips I have. I even sell to collectors when their new issue service can't deliver and they turn to me. I hope that EVERYONE gets what they want out of the hobby.
