Any idea why voting on the constitutional amendment is being conducted separately and has to be mailed to a different person/address? Also no pre-addressed envelope for the amendment as for the officers. I'm sure the result of handling it this way will be fewer voters on the constitutional amendment than if one ballot had been used for all. Although I'm sure it's not the case, it may appear to some members that someone wanted to hold down the number of votes on the amendment.
