I notice on this chip there's a hole that goes all the way through the chip (you can see through it when you hold it up to the light) But the hole is sealed on both sides so you can't poke anything through it. Would that be from a flaw during manufacture? Or could it have something to do with a security feature since this is a high-denomination chip?
