No it's not any way to run a business, but it's becoming all to frequent. No one gives a rat's rear end. I have had Priority packages not arrive in the 2-3 days as advertized, when asked where it's been? Don't know, don't care, you got it didn't you? What's your problem. I have been going to file a complaint form which they are suppost to respond to, but as yet have not done same.
