I can dismiss everything else Paul wrote except for this. I think it is just plain wrong for chip services to act in any other manner. Was Paul referring to your service with respect to low limit issues? Like you said, the $0.75 is no big deal. Paying an extra $15 - $40 for a low issue $5 chip is a big deal. I have no idea how you handle these situations but I do what Paul alluded to does happen.
