Got a REAL good deal on an OBS chip I wanted. I was amazed it went so low... Paid thru PP as instructed... two days later - found the seller had refunded my $$ (less PP fees of course.) He said the "chip was damaged".

(no scan - no offer to let me decide... no offer to sell the chip in the scan... which WOULD HAVE BEEN JUST FINE!)

Hmmmmm... you'd think some one would look at the item being sold PRIOR to listing it -- and perhaps EVEN SCAN the actual chip being sold ... so the buyer could buy what they were buying...

~~ or use a "reserve" or minimum bid ~~ seems to ME like "seller's remorse".
