There is no way ICG could or would use C&W name without permission

I have not seen them use the C&W name. The only reference I saw was their grading chart which said they used procedures which include the C&W system. C&W created a grading system and published it in a book, I don't think they now have any power to stop its use or reference to it. I don't handle Intellectual Property Law, but I seem to remember something called "fair use".

Whether C&W are involved, I don't know, but I'm not going to speculate either.
