... and that is exactly why the term "Chapter" instead of "Member Club" was deliberately chosen which required all members belonging to chapters to also hold membership in CCGTCC .... until it was changed by a vote of the current Board of club officers.... except that the Board did not change the status from "Chapter" to "Member Club" to correspond with their unilateral ruling.

The entire membership now has an opportunity to change it back to the original intent if they opt to support Marv Weaver's proposed Constitutional ammendment that has been inserted into the current issue of the club magazine. Deadline for the ballot return on this issue is March 1, 2001
