It is already in Barnes & Nobels where I bought it last week. If true, I can understand Steve's vigorous fight to suppress; if false, I can understand Steve's unending battle to suppress it. Several of my friends are mentioned in the book and I find it hard to believe the innuendos made about them are true--but it is fascinating reading.
