This chip belonged to President Hoover and was used in the White House. It is made of two part catlin. The chip is described in Seymour's book on page 35. The hot stamp is near perfect on both sides. Since it's not clay, it doesn't quite fit into my collection.

I would like to trade it for BPOEs or other crest and seals.
