I went over to the ICG table today to get copies of their grading system. I was told by one of the two guys there that the chips "belonged to SOMEONE in Las Vegas". That is an exact quote. I don't think we are dealing with "collectors" submitting chips at this point. I think it is one dealer. Who that dealer is I can't say for sure.......Andy - Las Vegas
