... DIVERSITY. It is what makes life interesting. No one is going to slab your average every day chip. Admit it, this is what most of us collect with the occassional $50 or even $100 "valued" chip thrown in our collections. What will be slabbed are chips that are "worth" thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars. I can't afford those, but you know what? Even if I could afford those chips I wouldn't buy them, slabbed or not. I can think of a couple of more interesting uses for, say, ten grand. Jenny & I support the New Hampshire Food Bank. If I had $10,000 you know where it would go. Come on, guy, these are just little pieces of clay.
The Chip Slabbing Issue? Hey, if it's your chip you can slab it, wear it on a chain around your neck, nail it to your roof, whatever... it's your chip & your business. What is OUR business is an unwarranted attack on a fellow chipper who's opinion differs from ours.
