The protective laminate was carefully peeled off the
back, and the litho art was rubbed-away. Not too
barbaric, I would say, by leaving one side in its
original state.
The piece is long obsolete, and was used at
Association Bonne-Nouville in Paris. A private club
not frequented by Americans. Casinos are not
permitted in Paris, but card rooms are.
I have no duplicates, and this piece is listed on
eBay at $20.
