I like to take Paul's approach when dealing with chips. I treat everyone the same as they treat people. If you are selling to me at face then I am selling at face. If anyone I have traded with wants chips I have I sell at face. If someone is only looking to profit from selling chips I offer them apropriate prices. If a collector I have not had the pleasure of dealing with, and has no traders, needs the chip I will sell at a very good price. My first choice is to trade.
