I'm sort of surprised....but I guess not as surprised
as you....I do know that some collectors like very
used and dirty chips....they feel they have character.

I have some of both!

You can do one of two things....take the mint chip he/she
sends back and throw it in the back yard for the dog to
play with and re-sell it to him/her for more money...
Or, look and see if you have one that has more character.

Of course you know I'm kidding about the dog part...<G>

Not all that strange to me...but if he/she wants a used
chip...that's what he/she should get either from you or
someone else.

We chip collectors are weird....god love us....
