The sentence quoted above:
"By the way are you still insisting on future issues?"
is pretty cryptic, Michael. It could mean a number of things. Can you put it in context?
When I first read it, I assumed the question was regarding new chip issues and whether TCR would continue to list all of them (specifically, limited editions). Are you sure your correspondent was really questioning your plans for publishing TCR? Is your message subject: ""The Chip Rack" Dead?" from the original email?
As I've said numerous times in the past, I am a fan of both of the Nevada reference books and have bought every edition. I know there are posters on this board that have prejudices agains James and Steve's book for a number of reasons and take every opportunity to bad-mouth it. In my opinion, the great pictures and the realistic pricing make it a must-have for serious collectors, just as The Chip Rack is essential because of it's more comprehensive coverage and more complete descriptions.
