Many ebay bidders who didn't see the original offer won't know that it has been relisted. Now that it's listed under the coins category, maybe some other coin dealers who are "into" slabs will buy it at the "Buy Now" price and put the same slab up for bid at a minimum of $15 next week, next month? Sooner or later, it will "stick" with some uninformed bidder who thinks it's interesting and underpriced. After all, if the cost to get a chip slabbed by ICG is $10, what the hell, $9.99 must be a bargain! And if the coin dealer knows the seller, he can probably get the shipping cost waived.
